VITAL INFORMATION

Conference Venue

The conference will be held at BIAM Foundation located on 63 Eskaton, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Details of presentation rooms will be electronically sent to the registered delegates.

Presentation Room Equipment

Each presentation room will be equipped with a projector and laptop computer. Please bring your presentation on a USB or pen-drive. Delegates are requested to arrive at the venue during the Registration period so that their presentation can be uploaded to the laptop computer.

Session Timings

Delegates will have 15 minutes available for their presentation, followed by a  5 minute Question & Answer session. The Session Chair is responsible for time management and delegates will be notified how much time they have remaining during the presentation.

Session Chair

Participants may serve as the Session Chair. If you are interested, please indicate your willingness in the Registration FormA certificate will be issued to all Chairs acknowledging their role at the conference.

Food and Beverages 

Registration fee includes hot lunch plus morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks for two days.  You cannot exchange your lunch tickets for one particular day for another day. For example, you cannot attend second day of conference you cannot exchange it for another first day lunch ticket and vice versa.

Conference Accessories 

Each participant will receive conference bag, pen, writing-pad, printed program book, name tag, participation acknowledgement certificate and payment receipt. 

Conference Dinner 

You may choose to attend the conference dinner which will be held on the second night of the conference (29 April 2017). If you are interested in this event you need to choose this code from the fee schedule and pay for this separately.
